Examination Center Network Participation Agreement

1. Network Participation

Participation in the IronTec Examination Center Network does not guarantee examination volume, geographic exclusivity, minimum revenue or any particular number of assignments.

2. Qualification Requirements

The Center must maintain qualified personnel, appropriate facilities and tools, required insurance, accurate business information and any credentials IronTec requires for the examinations performed.

3. Examiners and Standards

Only qualified individuals may perform IronTec-authorized examinations. Examiners must follow the applicable IronTec standard, required workflow, evidence rules and safety procedures. Examination evidence or results may not be falsified, concealed or fabricated.

4. Evidence and Records

The Center must submit required photographs, video, readings, serial-number evidence, diagnostic information and other records required by the applicable IronTec examination standard.

5. Dealer-Site Examinations

When accepting mobile work, the Center is responsible for dispatching a qualified Examiner with the tools necessary to perform the assigned examination safely and professionally.

6. Independence and Integrity

Commercial relationships, commissions, sales pressure or other interests must not change examination findings. Material conflicts must be disclosed.

7. IronTec Marks and Materials

IronTec retains ownership of its name, logos, certification marks, labels, QR-linked records, standards, forms, software and training materials. Network participation grants only limited authorized use.

8. Quality Review

IronTec may review examination evidence, Center qualifications, credentials, insurance and performance. IronTec may suspend or terminate participation for safety, integrity, credential, insurance or compliance concerns.

9. Confidentiality and System Access

The Center must protect nonpublic IronTec information, customer data, examination records and login credentials.

10. Independent Business Relationship

The Center remains an independent business and is not an employee, franchisee, joint venturer or legal representative of IronTec Trust, Inc.

11. Legal Terms Pending Final Review

Final insurance requirements, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, governing-law and dispute provisions will be incorporated following legal review.

Typing the authorized signer name records an electronic acknowledgment. Final enforceability requirements remain subject to legal review.
